My underage niece used my account

So during christmas break my underage niece used my phone the whole week since i hardly use it mostly use my work phone. Well she got on pulsz and decided to buy sc coins all week ringing up almost 2000. When i notified pulsz of the situation and why a 2nd verification is used to secure my creditcard like other sites request CvV. Well right away they blamed me and said its my fault when they failed to secure my account from transactions by requesting a CVV from card on file. Long story short first they said they refund me then they said no they werent and completely blocked closed my account. Has anyone had situation where minor made charges and is there anyway to recover that money?

Hello there.

This isn't the first time I heard about such a sad experience. If you approach this situation from the casino's side, you may realize that the system had no chance to recognize it was not you in the first place. Inserting cvv code depends on the transaction type, some pages allow you to save your preferred (previously used) payment option which results in the fact no cvv code is necessary the moment you pick the "save for later" option - this is my own experience.

If you want us to investigate and explain, I guess a complaint is a reasonable option, and it's for free.
