My money is not getting withdrawal

Hello,

i am trying to withdrawal my money from Wednesday.

Tuesday i made a 2 withdrawal successfully just in 3 hours of withdrawal request created.

Yesterday, I created a withdrawal request of 1800 rupees. It's taken more than 3 hours to process it. I contacted support on both on game and in telegram about my withdrawal but they said to wait for 24 hours.

Then I cancelled the withdrawal. and again i was created a withdrawal request of 1400 rupees, it also took more than 3 hours so i cancelled it again.

Again i created a withdrawal request of 600 rupees and it's taken more than 15 hours to withdraw, then I started playing and main balance reduced to 600 and it gets auto cancel.

They are not making my withdrawal success.



Perhaps you should start by saying at which casino you experience this.

Also, the best way would be to get in touch with their support to get some explanations.
