My earnings withdrawal has been declined.

Saturday 09-03-2024 I deposited 2 times from 49 euros with my pre-paid card whose last 4 digits are 8083 at Online Casino N1 (https://www.n1casino.gr/el) to play the slots. With this money I EARNED an amount that is 1400 euros after tax is deducted. I applied for a withdrawal but the Casino refused to pay the profit to my Bank Account. He asked me to send the necessary documents to identify the card (8083) I made the deposit. I immediately sent the necessary documents and it was successfully identified by CASINO, then I applied for a withdrawal again but it was rejected again. And the reason is that they want my old card which is identified and I don't use it anymore to send photos etc. I did NOT make a deposit with this old card I DID with the new prepaid CARD 8083 because they won't pay me the profit which is absolutely legal because the deposit was made with my new card IDENTIFIED by the CASINO.

How do I withdraw

I had a similar problem with a casino I use. I deposited using crypto and won, I then put in a withdrawal request by crypto but before they would sanction it they wanted a photo uploaded of a bank card I'd used to deposit 3mths earlier to prove it was mine. Once it was verified I got paid in 2hrs. I think you are in a similar situation. If you no longer have the card communicate that information to them and see what they say. If that fails you will have to file a complaint here and get the team here to negotiate on your behalf. Good luck getting your money

As I've read in your complaint, your new card was already verified by the casino, but they have asked for the documents from the old card, right? Have they explained to you the reason of this, perhaps? I do not understand, to tell you the truth, what would they need it for.🤔 Have you had any remaining balance in your account before depositing money from your new card, by any chance? You see, I'm just trying to understand the issue here. Try to explain to the support of the casino, that the old card is not in your hands anymore. What do you think, will you try that? Hi Romi. I play many many years in online casinos. But first time i face this situation. My remaining balance was 0 (ZERO) so nothing money left from my old card...i decided to play again in this casino. As i say i have make a deposit 2X49 euro with my new pre paid card...i won 1400 euro. and they have asking me to verified my new card. Of course i send all what they want and my card was Verified..!!!!!! So i asked them again to send my win (1400) to my bank account. But they refused again. They say he wants the old cald again to verify..i asking myself WHY? Like y say what would they need it for.🤔I explained that i dont use my old card anymore thats why i have now a new pre paid card which YOU have verified. But again they refused..... Oh Gosh, im realy pissed off. I have read many complainings and i see that the you dont get your win becuase of this stupid request. Many casinos do this because many players are pissed off and play all the win they have make. Im feeling like a fool. We pay, casino make big wins and when we make a win...NOOOOO y dont get it..lol. serisously this is rediculous and i hope you guys here in this Forum watch out next time when y make a new account in a casino and see the reviews here in Casino Guru they make a very nice work...!!!!

Of course not every casino act like this...many casinos are realy nice and friendly to the customers..!!!

oops by the way few weeks ago i asked them when my account is verified and the answer was..YES...so everything ok...and now this....

Did they verify the old card or did you use it not get a withdrawal so didn't verify it and then started using the prepaid card you have now? Was the old card a prepaid card or was it issued by your bank? Yes it's a nasty tactic that they use, but they do it, and I've had the same problem, to show your previous deposits were made by you and not a third party.

Old card was verified and i dont use my old card anymore only the new pre pad card for security reasons..YES its a nasty tactic i know many casino do this..i dont care about my old one anymore and from the time they have ferified the new one they must send me the win...!!!

If it was verified then why do they want it again? I hadn't verified my card from a previous deposit and won after depositing crypto. I sent my card in and got paid 3 hrs later after it was verified. What they are asking for is beyond disgusting if they are trying to find a way not to pay you. I would persist by explaining that the old card was verified so presenting it again serves absolutely no purpose

I see, so there is no reason for them to ask for the old card, at all. Especially if, as you said, the old one was also verified. I can totally understand your frustration, and just hope you'll stay strong and do not play that money you have requested to withdraw. We usually give casinos 14 full days to get the whole process done before our team intervenes. So, for now, there is nothing much to do, unfortunately, just wait hoe the case will unfold. There is far to many Casinos acting in dishonest ways
