On November 12, 2025, I made a deposit of 400 euros on the Mr. Bird Casino platform.
I used this money hoping to play fairly and maybe win something. Unfortunately, I won nothing and lost all my money.
After careful consideration, I have come to the conclusion that the processes on your website are not transparent and may even be fraudulent. I have the impression that the game system is designed in such a way that there is no real chance of winning.
I therefore request that you immediately refund the 400 euros I have paid.
If no refund is received within 14 days, I will be forced to report the incident to the relevant consumer protection authorities and, if necessary, to the police.
