And as far as I know, if you register at another casino of the same operator and have previously had yourself blocked or closed your account at a casino in the same group due to gambling addiction or similar, and you win, then they can confiscate all your winnings.

This is a trick to get players' money

I would advise such players to get themself verified each time they enter a new casino, so the account can be blocked immediately after the identity check is done. The tricky part is that the nature of this addiction is to avoid being detected and at the moment there is no global tool for such players to block themself in each casino. I would also like to add that if you self-exclude yourself in one casino of a larger group it does not necessarily mean that you will be blocked within the whole group automatically.

I would not say that this is some sort of trick, I would say that addicts by the nature of this disease, are far too smart to gain access to the site where they previously banned themself (or simply everywhere) because they feel the urge to play and violate the terms and conditions by doing so, the winnings can be voided.

They took 80k from me, and used me, and its damaging for someone in every aspect...

And when you search about people behind this you find out a corrupted Cyprus lawyer, and Italian link to Panama and paradise Pappers...

I researched your case better and our case has a lot in common even the same company behind all these casinos and many others xecutive corporate management bv. How is your case progressing? Is there anything new? I am also considering legal action myself.

I have one successful case with a different operator regulated by Antillephone 8048/JAZ. This complaint lasted 8 months and there was no lawyer involved nor the antillephone license provider, despite the fact that I filed a complaint with the license provider, I have not received a response from them until today, it has already been 8 months since the complaint was filed. However, we made an agreement with the operator and I got a refund of the 10k deposits.
