Hi, what exactly are you waiting for now, are you going through some kind of verification or is it something else? Can you tell us a little more about it?
Since Christmas I've been writing everywhere I've been complaining, I feel like a real idiot, and today they rejected my application for a guru guru casino, I won half a million and they blocked my account because I had an account set up in my name from a while ago, but I didn't use that account, so I changed it to active. I used one account during my winnings and no one cares. Do you think I did some kind of fraud on them and yet they just want to fuck me for half a million, you bastards, I won half a million and I had 40,000 CZK sent and it came to me normally, but I had another 40,000 sent using a different payment method and they froze my account, then we verified for two months and out of nowhere they wrote to me that they would block my account without the possibility of withdrawing my winnings, now after three months they remembered that I had another account but no one cares that they sent me 40,000 because everything was fine and when I deposited money and they verified me with a video call, everything was fine, what's wrong with me, I just have to worry about my money, nothing more and no one is going to help me with that
What is cg?? I just had a complaint here about casino guru which they rejected today and then I had another ticket to the casino and they didn't reply to the complaint they didn't communicate at all it's their complete nonsense and they made it up I had one account in my name but I didn't use it at all the time when I won the money it wasn't active
Even though I know you don't like the decision, if you were depositing and withdrawing to another payment method that didn't have to be in your name, which I saw in your complaint + you had another account there, unfortunately it's a violation of the casino's rules.
In fact, with such big wins, they almost always verify the player and I think you can be glad the casino sent you 40k because they basically shouldn't have done that.
I recommend always depositing and withdrawing only to your own account, using only your own payment methods and accounts, not having another account or being in the same household as someone who has an account at the same casino. Often, all that is required is that you have one account per household. If you know that you had an account at a casino even though you did not play at it, I would always ask what to do in such a case and whether it can be canceled so that it does not create problems.
This is how it ended sadly, and with this failure, the casino did what any other casino would probably do, not just this one.
I'm sorry. 🙁
She didn't do that well I didn't use the second account at the time. I just had it set up, gasps long ago, recently I burned down to be completely whole in that apartment I also had a computer that I used to register for the casino most bet and somehow I forgot about it I had other worries to think about that I already have an account with them I waved my hand and set up a new one this is something every person must understand and if you don't believe me I'll send you a report from the police and firefighters I lost everything to cid
I'm sorry your apartment burned down and that you're in this situation.
Unfortunately, Peter wrote you everything you needed and the casino also only adhered to its Terms.
If this situation happened to you, I don't really understand why you went to the casino to play.
I understand that sometimes people forget and the like, but it's simply necessary to keep such things in mind.
I don't think a report from the police or fire department will help at this point, but if you wanted to play so badly, you should have contacted the casino about what happened and whether you could reset the account you had there or create a new one.
i agree. the last thing i would think about doing after such a situation is to play in a casino, to win it big or chill.. but alas, people are different
What are you talking about, what a scam. Vysco means the word scam, you're very clever, no, I was you, if in the past I created an account that I didn't use, I completely forgot about it, at the time of the win I didn't use any other account, you understand, and that's no reason for them to take half a million!!!!!!!
