I played on that casino platform, starting with 50 and going up to 3000. When I tried to withdraw, it said the system detected an anomaly and wouldn't let me play or withdraw. I contacted customer service and they told me I had to deposit to level up and increase my bet amount. I've played on other platforms and they've never asked me for that before.
