Metawin closing account, confiscated funds, no reason

Metawin just closed my account, confiscated my winnings but they didnt give any reason as to why they are doing this. They basically stole at least 400 $ from me.:


I am also no longer able to sign in into my account

Basically based on a management decision my funds were stolen hahaha:

Hello. I can see you've ended up in a very unfortunate situation.

From what you've shared, I'd say the explanation the casino gave you is far from sufficient to justify closing your account and confiscating your funds. At the very least, casinos usually provide a general explanation or refer to a specific section of their Terms and Conditions so that the player has some idea of what was allegedly violated.

In your case, I'm completely clueless, because the casino hasn't actually explained anything beyond saying that your account was closed due to a "management decision."

If you genuinely believe you haven't violated any rules and that your account was closed unfairly, you can open a complaint with us. I'll provide you with the link where you can submit your complaint.

That said, I don't want to give you false hope by saying this will definitely be resolved. I've looked at this casino's complaint history, and unfortunately, around 95% of the complaints have been rejected, with another unresolved complaint where the casino simply didn't cooperate. So I'd recommend preparing for any possible outcome.
