Apart from the fact that I never won anything there, only incurred losses.
I hereby point out that Lemon Casino is illegal gambling in Germany, therefore I have requested a refund of all transactions.
So far, this has been unsuccessful through my bank; the receiving bank has not responded.
I also contacted Finance Incorporated Limited, based in Malta, directly. Orange Entertainment and Proton Bulls Ltd. hold their accounts there. They also simply stated that I am not a direct customer and that they cannot provide any information.
Casino support initially responded only with standardized emails and has since refused any communication. The player's account has also been blocked.
Mr. M. and Mrs. M. are also unwilling to talk and do not even respond to numerous emails.
Referring to terms and conditions and attributing sole responsibility to the player is, in my opinion, borderline!
Players have to identify themselves with documents and at this point at the latest the casino should have intervened and pointed out that it does not have a license to operate gambling in Germany.
Fact: In Germany, Lemoncasino does not have an official license and therefore is not allowed to do business.
EU directives will probably be invoked, but the Member State alone is responsible for regulating gambling, which is why it is not permitted in Germany.
So I tried to have the money transferred back through my bank.
I am also currently examining legal options.
Approaching the subsidiary Proton Bulls Ltd, based in England, via an arbitration board also had a negative outcome.
Ultimately, in my opinion, this is all about profit and several companies are involved.
From a personal point of view, I can only recommend: avoid this dubious casino
