Hi, I have won what for me is a large amount playing live casino games on megacasino.co.uk and would like to withdraw. I have withdrew a much smaller amount on this site before and sent my proof of ID and a picture of my debit card used so I assumed the account was verified due to receiving the withdrawal.
When I try to withdraw this larger win, the site informs me that I need to provide verification documents which I assume should already be on the system. The site wont even allow me to enter a figure yo withdraw. Anyway I did what the site was asking and re-sent the required documents over 2 days ago but haven't heard anything back by email. I have emailed them and recieved no response. Live chat is just a bot with no human available. I could really do with this money especially for my mental state of mind. Has anyone used this site before? Do I just need to be patient or should I consider the possibility that I won't be getting this money? What are my options? Thanks.
