​I am providing fresh and undeniable evidence that 1xBet is still using a fraudulent deposit system. Today, I was instructed to deposit money to the number 0960578935. However, when checking this number in the E-Birr system, it showed two completely different names: 'Nasri Maxamed Xusen' and 'Tolashii Surrum Chonnaloo'.

​This is organized theft. They are using personal accounts under multiple identities to trap and steal from customers, exactly like the agent who was previously fired for stealing my 200 ETB.

​I cannot trust this company's operations. I refuse to mark my case as 'Resolved' and I demand a formal compensation of 3,000 ETB for the ongoing harassment, risk, and psychological stress they have caused me over the last 20 days. Please review these screenshots as proof of their criminal activities.

And I understand it has been a long time and other concerns play a role too for you. Based on my observations in the complaint, the process is still, in my opinion, at an early stage, despite the time that has passed. Therefore, please make sure to include a detailed description of the system problem, specifically the two names you mentioned, in the complaint.

To be fair and square, my opinion does not matter much, because Tomes is your mediator, and he needs to understand all the concerns you have very well.

However, to remain fair, compensation is not demandable from our side. This is not a court hearing, after all.

To provide a full picture for the mediator: 1xBet’s deposit system in our region is a deliberate trap for both new and experienced users. When I was new, I lost money because I didn’t know how to navigate their lack of official receipts. Now, 23 days into this current dispute, it’s clear they use the same tactics.

​In cities like Jigjiga, the system gives you a random number (like 0960578935) to send money via E-Birr, but the 'Form' provides no information about who the agent is or where they are located. Even after providing my Player ID (35678) and the screenshot of the E-Birr interface, which is the only proof that exists in our country, they still deny the deposit. This is not a technical error; it is a systemic fraud designed to steal from users by hiding behind anonymous agents like 'Nasri/Tolashii' and the absence of paper receipts

am providing the phone number used by the second agent, Novel Mangistu: 0974543637.

​As I mentioned before, this agent has also disappeared from the system since I escalated my case to Casino Guru. This is the second confirmed phone number associated with 1xBet that has been involved in withholding my funds. The fact that multiple agents (Nasri/Tolashii and Novel Mangistu) are involved in this suspicious behavior proves that 1xBet is not monitoring its payment channels in Ethiopia. I want both numbers to be investigated as part of this case.
