Legendplay credit card account verification

Hi I just signed up, yesterday sending the photo of a credit card I mistakenly used a program to Darken the image to better see the numbers that were discolored they asked me to send an unedited copy I think now they are starting to make a fuss even though I sent the original today because unfortunately over time the credit card has almost been completely canceled. What can I do instead to open a claim? Thanks for the reply

Sadly, you can't avoid account verification or payment option verification. I recommend you to stay in touch with the casino and explain what happened. If you can prove that the card you used for the deposit belongs to you, you should be ok. 

What I do not understand, however, is this part:

"unfortunately over time the credit card has almost been completely canceled"

Does it mean that the card is about to expire?

Thanks for the courtesy the credit card in question was given to me following a loan and the figures are almost canceled however I sent the original photo I am waiting since I have a balance of 6800 euros I hope everything is fine

If you can prove that the pament method you used for deposit is truly asociated to you personaly (own by you), you should be alright.
