Hi everyone,


First of all, sorry if I'm creating a duplicate thread or posting in the wrong section.


I'm having a problem withdrawing money from this stupid casino. I deposited 400 CHF and placed sports bets. I ended up winning 1,500 CHF.


I requested three withdrawals of 500 CHF each. Their daily withdrawal limit is 500 CHF, and they allow up to three active withdrawal requests at the same time, so I didn't break any of their rules. The withdrawals were requested on May 28, 29, and 30.


After waiting several days without any change in status, I started looking into it more closely, and now I'm convinced that I won't be able to get my money without some help.


Whenever I ask about my withdrawals, I get the same canned response saying that there is a delay caused by the payment provider. However, that's clearly not the case because the withdrawals haven't even been processed by the casino yet.


The next day I get another response saying that due to a high number of withdrawal requests, they are experiencing delays, but that my money is completely safe and I have nothing to worry about.


I understand delays, but this is getting ridiculous. Today is June 12, and the status of all three withdrawals is still unchanged.


What can I do? Every time I contact support, I receive the same copy-and-paste replies.


My account is not verified. I can't upload any documents through my profile, and whenever I ask about verification, they tell me that my account does not currently require verification.


I'd really appreciate any advice. Do I still have a chance of getting my money, or should I accept that the 1,500 CHF is gone for good?

Hi, I’m hoping you’ll get your money back and that the casino will pay you everything you’re owed. It’s unpleasant to wait for money, especially when you don’t know anything else, so the only thing you need is patience. 

But first, I’ll say that we don’t handle situations related to sports betting, because we don’t have enough insight into it, nor do we have experts for that. So I’ll recommend some websites you should definitely check out, and I’d suggest opening a complaint there.

Have any of your withdrawals been approved yet, or are all three still stuck in pending status? If the requests have been sitting there since the end of May with no movement, I'd start keeping screenshots of the withdrawal page and every support conversation. Also, if they continue giving only copy-paste responses, it may be worth escalating the issue to a sportsbook complaint service or the casino's licensing authority.
