Late payment

Good, has anyone experienced something similar in the TURBO WINS casino ..., October 3, 2025 I made a withdrawal of 505€ , I was given on the platform as paid but the money did not fall into my bank account, however on the 6th of the same month October I made another withdrawal of the same amount 505€ , also given as paid, on the 7th of that same month an amount of 505€ entered my bank account, I suppose it is related to the withdrawal of the 6th ....in short, out of two withdrawals only one was paid, as the amounts are the same 505€, I suppose that the withdrawal of the 3rd I was not paid, I'm still waiting for the money...has anyone had an identical situation with this casino? What did the support say when you confronted them regarding the missing withdrawal, though?

Have you tried to get in touch with them by email, perhaps?

Good, I've asked several times, both by email and chat, but the answer is always the same "it's under analysis".

I've already sent a PDF of my bank statement as proof that only one deposit has been made and that another is missing, but they're still "playing games".

Now I hope that our team will be able to get in touch with the casino regarding your complaint when the right time comes to find out more about the whole situation.

Do you have any more money there you want to withdraw, or are you waiting only for this one withdrawal?

There's no point in playing any more without knowing for sure that I'm going to win, it's like throwing money away.

I surely get your point. It is wise of you to think this way.

My honest opinion about casinos, or most of them, is that they lack respect for the player..., as long as the player puts his money on the casino platform, everything goes well, the problem comes later, when the player withdraws a little bit of the money put there, headaches after headaches....., you should know that most of the complaints posted here are related to withdrawals..., this is where you see how good the casino is and how worthless it is..., the chances of the player winning money in the casino are already very low, in the meantime they keep their winnings, from very little to none.

I've been a casino player for a long time, but for these reasons and others, I feel less and less like playing.

The most important thing is to know that gambling is actually willingly paying to have fun and know that you will lose. It all depends on your luck. Sometimes you win; sometimes you lose. And when you win, and you win really fairly, the casino has to pay out those winnings.

That should actually be so easy, right?
