Yes, I understand that, but I wouldn't always rely on what the casino says, because sometimes various things can happen that slow down the withdrawal process. But as long as everything is fine and you haven't had any problems here, I'm happy.

You can deposit even very small amounts, like €10, and I consider the wagering requirement (x45 minimum) to be gambling. That's why I never held out any hope of ever withdrawing anything from there.

I made another €740 from that, so €700 in the next payout... and now for the kicker:

With the remaining €40 I'm now at almost €2100 (minus the €700 in the payout, they stupidly didn't break that down).

So, practically speaking, there's almost €1400 more to be paid out soon.

The first €600 arrived in my bank account within 3 working days (after the deposit date and the weekend), so 6 calendar days. I really can't say anything negative about that.

I'll try to withdraw the rest via Bitpanda. Support told me that all the withdrawal options I see are possible, as long as it's my personal account.

My brother once won a five-figure sum and had a lot of problems with it. Afterwards, his banker even hinted that it wasn't a good idea to have such large sums of money in his checking account.

Regarding the payment method, did the casino recommend it to you? You may need to verify it if you haven't used it to withdraw money before, but I don't think that will be a problem.

Hmm, ..... now it's starting for me. Suddenly I'm supposed to verify my identity.

And it's just like others have said: you have to upload everything individually, and each upload is checked for up to 48 hours. Discussing it with support is pointless; all you get is copy/pasted replies like, "It's all for your own security... blah blah."

I've now uploaded the front of my passport and that's it for the next 24-48 hours.

So what should I do? Submit everything in a few weeks or file a complaint right away?

So if the casino has requested verification, you will have to comply. But just to be clear, how long did it take them to ask you to complete this process, and how long ago did you submit your withdrawal request? 

Be sure to send them everything they need, otherwise you won't get anywhere. It's quite impractical for them to check every single document for two days.

If you give me information about how long you've been waiting for your withdrawal, I'll try to advise you whether it's better to wait or open a complaint.

I applied for the €700 payment on February 6th, 2025. That was a Friday, so I could have understood if it had taken until this Friday. But I almost didn't believe they'd come at me like this. Especially since a previous payment of €600 went through without all these checks.

But this is how it works with them: after I entered the front of my passport, the verification page closed and it said that it was now being checked. I can't enter anything else anywhere; I only see this:

And that takes 24-48 hours. Whether the reverse side arrives and we have to wait again – we'll see. But they also require a selfie with precise passport numbers and bank statements, etc.

It feels like they're working extra slowly, hoping that I might gamble away a lot of the winnings again.

Well, don't gamble with the money and just wait to see if they verify you and what they will need. How long have you been doing verification in total? 14 Days is what we give casinos. If they don't manage it by then, I would file a complaint.

And no, that's probably the advantage of playing small stakes; I'm not touching the money that's sitting there. I'd rather deposit some at another casino. What's sitting there should stay there; I've already got it more or less earmarked for other things in real life.

So, we are still only at the beginning of the verification process. We will see what happens and take the next step accordingly. For now, we need to be patient. 🙂
