I am starting this thread to publicly document an ongoing dispute with JugaBet (jugabet.cl), operated by Castianes BV under Curacao license 1668/JAZ. I am doing so publicly because the operator has actively obstructed my access to their internal complaints process following the filing of a formal regulatory complaint.

---

**The Facts**

- In April 2026 I made a deposit of $200,000 CLP through Etpay (Everest Technologies SpA).

- The casino cited a "date discrepancy" and refused to credit the deposit.

- I escalated the situation to SERNAC (Chile's National Consumer Service).

- As part of that investigation, **Etpay responded formally and in writing: "We reviewed the case and the payment was successful in our system."**

This constitutes official third-party confirmation that the funds reached JugaBet's accounts. The casino continues to deny it.

-Jugabet has already validated a transaction of 800,000 CLP. Despite this, they continue to request documents that don't exist in order to withdraw my winnings.

---

**Retaliation and Obstruction**

Immediately after filing my formal complaint with SERNAC, JugaBet:

- He unilaterally suspended my account (Player ID: 417508896)

- He settled my open bets

The account suspension was executed **while my complaint was still open and unresolved**, which I consider a deliberate act to obstruct due process and prevent me from gathering evidence.

---

**Total Amount Blocked: ~5,000 EUR**

This figure exceeds the 3,000 EUR threshold set in JugaBet's own Terms and Conditions for priority escalation.

---

**Regulatory Non-Compliance**

Clause 24.7 of JugaBet's Terms and Conditions explicitly requires the casino to publish links to the ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) provider. The JugaBet website does not comply with this obligation: no ADR provider is identified on the site, in the Terms and Conditions, or in any communication from the operator.

This constitutes a breach of their own contractual terms and their obligations under the Curaçao LOK framework, which requires B2C operators to contract with a CGA-certified ADR provider and clearly disclose this to players. I have directly contacted two CGA-certified ADR providers that I have been able to identify—neither has confirmed having a contract with Castianes BV/JugaBet.

---

**Current Status**

- SERNAC Mediation: Closed. The operator did not accept the mediation, but the confirmation of successful payment by Etpay was formally registered.

- CGA (Curaçao Gaming Authority): Contacted to report the systemic violation and the lack of information on the ADR.

- A final ultimatum has been issued to the operator.

---

**Summary for the Mediation Team**

1. **There is a confession from the party**: Etpay has officially confirmed that the payment was successful, within the framework of an investigation by the Chilean state agency SERNAC.

2. **There is documented obstruction**: The account was closed immediately after the formal complaint was filed, blocking access to evidence and the internal process.

3. **There is a breach of contract and regulation**: JugaBet does not provide access to the ADR provider that they themselves promise in their Terms and Conditions, and there is no evidence that they have contracted with any provider certified by the CGA.

Jugabet's support team has also insisted on requesting documents that don't exist, including documents related to a deposit they've already validated. I have all the aforementioned documents, and if I don't receive a response before Friday, I plan to file a formal complaint with CasinoGuru. I'm writing here to ask if anyone has information about the ADR provider Jugabet contracted, or if they didn't contract any, which would be a serious violation of the law. I would also be grateful if someone could clarify which agencies can help me in this case. I've sent an email to the CGA, but I haven't received a response yet.
