Problem description:
I completed the identity verification process by providing my passport, which was accepted. I then requested a withdrawal of €2,000.
However, the casino has blocked my withdrawal and is demanding a document from Klarna that includes my name along with the number of a previously used expired bank card.
I contacted Klarna directly, and they confirmed that they do not provide any documents that include full card numbers, let alone expired cards. Therefore, the casino's request is impossible to fulfill.
Despite having explained this to Vulkan Vegas support, they continue to insist on this requirement without offering any reasonable alternative verification, such as bank statements or other standard documents.
I believe this practice is unfair and a way to delay or prevent the payment of my earnings.
What I am requesting:
Eliminate this impossible requirement
I request that a reasonable alternative method of verification be offered to me.
