Gammix is unable to process my payout of 300 euros via Paysafecard. And I've been playing at gammix for years and the money was always paid out within 48 hours at the latest. Now we are already on the 6th day and I don't get any information.. the support only puts me off with the fact that the finance team is under stress...but the casino has only been there for 1 week...that much can't be there yet.

Jetzt sind wir schon am 6 Tag und ich bekomme keinerlei Info.. der Support hält mich nur damit hin dass das Finanzteam im Stress ist...das Casino gibt es aber erst seit 1 Woche...soviel kann da noch nicht sein.

I'd assume that the casino may truly face issues, some workers can be on holiday, etc. According to your own experiences, I'd guess you just have to wait a bit.

I suppose that congratulations are in order. 🙂 I would say that lot of casinos face issues with delayed payment - according to the number of submitted complaints, hard to identify the cause, but I'd also say that a fair portion of these complaints is solved by the casino during a couple of days and that is still quite good, I think.
On the other hand, if you appreciate game selection or just enjoy the casino in general, one could probably wait a bit longer for the winnings, don't you think?
