Has anyone else noticed that Pitbet (pitbet.io) seems to have dropped off Casino Guru? They used to have a profile and complaint threads there, and now I can't find them through the complaint resolution center.
I'm asking because I have an open issue with them. They cancelled my first ever withdrawal and removed my bonus winnings, claiming I'd played a restricted slot (Master Chen's Fortune). The problem is I have an email from Pitbet themselves confirming that game is NOT restricted. I sent them that proof on 12 February and have heard nothing back since.
I wanted to escalate through Casino Guru but can't find Pitbet listed anymore. Does anyone know:
Why they were removed or delisted?
Whether Casino Guru has stopped accepting complaints against them?
Where else people have actually had success getting these disputes looked at?
Any info or shared experiences would be appreciated. Just trying to work out the best route to get my withdrawal paid.
