The first person has one card face down, it's suppose to be facing up. I had a 20.
The second person is smiling, rolling her eyes and giggling as she is trying to cancel the hand by showing the card to the camera.
I have heard that this casino generally does that, I have read it in various forums, they will have to do an exhaustive review
Oh, I get it now! WOW! 😲 I've never seen that before. It's hard to say if the casino does it purposely or if the dealers are simply bad, unexperienced or however you want to call it. Anyways, if this is possible, I would recommend staying away from them as well. It's very unprofessional.
