I’m creating this post to warn everyone about the disgraceful practices of Instant Casino. My experience with them over the past seven months has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel obligated to let others know before they fall into the same trap.
1. Ignored Emails: Instant Casino has completely ignored every single email I’ve sent. I’ve reached out numerous times over the past seven months about urgent matters, but they simply refuse to respond.
2. GDPR Violations: I submitted multiple GDPR requests to access my personal data, something I am legally entitled to under EU law. Not only have they failed to comply, but they haven’t even acknowledged these requests. This is a direct and criminal violation of GDPR.
3. Unpaid Refund: I was promised a refund months ago and have proof of their commitment to pay. Yet, here I am, still waiting for the money they owe me. Their refusal to pay what they owe feels like outright theft. All they do is stall the refund.
I’m done waiting for Instant Casino to act responsibly. If you’re thinking about playing here, don’t. They ignore their customers, break the law, and don’t honor their financial commitments.
I’m currently escalating this to the KSA (kansspel autoriteit) for their GDPR breaches. I’m also exploring legal action to get the refund I’m owed and was promised to receive.
Stay far away from this casino. They don’t care about their players and won’t hesitate to disregard you once they have your money.
