Infinity casino - Scam

Good evening to all page followers.

I would like to share with you my very bad experience with infinity casino. I have been a customer for a year at this casino and have played several thousand euros.

40 days ago I made withdrawal requests which were then cancelled with the excuse that it was my bank's fault - it should be noted that it is from the same bank that I made all the deposits at the casino, deposits which are approved in a few seconds - but they could not refund the money as they told me.....they forced me to talk to the bank and there I was told that the casino never made an attempt to send me money and they never rejected any transaction. In fact, when they did, they gave it in writing and I sent it to the casino.

On 06/11/24 I complained about the issue on the guru casino page and perhaps due to pressure the casino sent me an email that the withdrawal of the money was approved and would be in my account within 3 business days. After 12 days passed and I did not receive my money, the complaint manager asked the casino where the case was, as a result of which they replied that they had a problem with their payment provider and returned the money to my casino account.

I made two new requests for withdrawals totaling 1000 euros and received new emails that my two requests of 500+500 were approved and within 3 business days the money would be deposited into my account.

Days passed, I still didn't get any money, and when I asked the casino's VIP manager, nicknamed Rick, what was happening with my withdrawals, I was surprised to see that he was sending me an email that the casino was processing my withdrawal request...

At some point I got angry and asked him how come I got an email from the casino saying that the 2 withdrawals were approved and the money would be in my account within 3 days?

The gentleman with the nickname Rick answered me differently than what I asked him! He wrote irrelevant things and did not get to the point, namely his conflicting answers in relation to the emails I received from infinity casino twice!

Yesterday was 40 days since the first attempt to withdraw my money and while I put pressure on both the account manager and customer service, I suddenly saw that the money was returned to my account, they canceled the verification I had on my account and asked me to verify again from the beginning and then submit a withdrawal request again.

And I ask all of you. Isn't what they did called fraud?

While my account had been verified for a while, my withdrawals were approved twice, I received an email saying I would receive the money, and finally, in order not to pay me, they canceled the withdrawals, canceled the verification, and 40 days later, they are asking me to start all over again if I want to claim my winnings!

There is a complaint open on this page (ngeorgiou690) that anyone who wants can find the full history. Guru Casino has all the evidence.

I would like to hear suggestions from anyone who wants to, how I can do something to get my winnings. Things are difficult when you have scammers against you and I know it.

My suggestion to all of you. Avoid this casino it is a scam. !

I would definitely suggest you file another complaint here so our team can help you out as previously.

What do you say? Will you try it?

It is way too long to wait for the withdrawal of 1000 euros.

Please let us know how you decide. We are here to help.
