InetBet Casino rejected my $313 withdrawal after I accepted it

I am filing a complaint against the InetBet casino.

I received a free chip bonus and played according to the rules. I managed to win $313 and submitted a withdrawal request.

The system accepted my withdrawal and confirmed it with a transaction ID (45536609). The request appeared as pending in my account.

Later, the casino emailed me saying they wouldn't pay me because players in my region must make a deposit first. However, this rule wasn't clearly stated before I played, and the system still allowed me to request a withdrawal.

I believe this is unfair because the withdrawal had already been accepted and confirmed by the casino system.
