5 days ago I won a $170,000 jackpot playing 777 on Ignition Casino.

An hour or so later, I was locked out of my account.

I never had any account issues prior to this - when I was losing.

I have not been able to access my account since then despite repeated attempts with support.

That sounds crazy! So if I understand it correctly, you contacted the support few times, but they just don't reply back? You should consider opening a complaint ticket on our website:

According to what I'm reading in the casino review, they operate without any official license. Playing in these types of casinos is, in my opinion, always risky.

They do reply but never address the issue. I am told I need to speak to financial services over the phone, financial services tell me to contact chat, both chat and email response state I need to speak to someone. I can’t get a phone number and am just promised they will ring within 48 hours.

Then I suggest you to wait. You can expect a verification call from them. If you want to be more safe, I advice you to record the call. I remember we had a case where a casino didn't want to pay out the winnings claiming that it's because the customer failed the verification call, but they also said that they can't provide us with the recording due to "tech issues"...

They'll probably ask you about details of your account to make sure that it's you. That means details about the payment methods used, games that you played etc.

Oh, let me tell you right away... u didn't really won 170,000$...

Ignition is a scam , u can google it tons of people say they are scamed...also as Daniel said they don't have a licence, so can't really do anything official from that side..U can report them to

www.gamblingcommission.gov.uk

or some other CIA or any investigation sites that do gambling scams...there are more i just forgot ,try google it

But , about money, u will never see a dime.

I have been reading mixed reviews. I have not been told I will not be paid, I just can’t get anyone’s help reactivating the account.

If it is a scam then I will be taking legal action.

I am starting to think you are correct inferno. Based on my experience with their customer service, it does not seem that I will be able to access my funds.

I told you...

Yes, very unfortunate. Online casinos are too good to be true.

To be frank, I will be relieved not to have to deal with them anymore.

Winning a jackpot has turned out to be the most awful experience ever.

Have you created the complaint as I advised to you? https://casino.guru/complaints

I'm not trying to claim that you'll get the money, but we can definitely do our best to help you.

Ignition casino sent email today that my withdrawal request from 21 days ago had been declined.

No explanation as usual.

Hello a few months ago I won and was able to withdraw 9500$ a few weeks later I won again and tried to with draw 5000 the suddenly they disabled my account and not only my account but my sister's account who had referred me and my mother in laws account who we referred as well they sited a multiple accounts issue. non of us live together and we've spent literally thousands to play I was in and out of the hospital and my sister would visit me and we would play on our phones it kept me sane while I was sick we provided all of our identification whatever they could want, I was willing to do absolutely anything so was my sister and mother in law after a very long time they said they were not giving me my account back. I was more upset about not being able to have a distraction while in the hospital than the money. Fast-forward a couple months and they re-enabled my sisters account[she's the one who referred me ] and sited that she was not aloud to send referrals anymore but was given her account t back even with her remaining few bucks still there. Mine however is still disabled with over 5000 sitting inside. I don't understand how just weeks before I jumped through all their verification whoops ect and they let me withdraw 9500 then the next time I win they do this ! When I say we've each deposited thousands upon thousands I mean thousands the 9500 and 5000 does t even balance me out it just about breaks even what I'd spent in deposits am I able to get mine re-enable like my sister's. She did nothing but randomly went to the site and it let her back on with a message that said no more referrals were aloud. Please help

Hello,

frankly, to me, it seems you really violated the terms and conditions - multiple accounts and maybe the "same household" rule as well. Always inform the casino aware of the fact, that your family plays in the same casino - in advance if possible.

Both rules are very common and should protect the casino from bonus abuses.

Could you write down when all accounts were registered and who and when took any bonuses, please?
