iGame Account Suspended

On casino.guru it says iGame accepts UK players but when I registered there was not an option England, UK or GB in there country list so I picked Jersey instead. I made a deposit got a bonus and played.  I eventually lost my funds whilst playing but the next day when I tried to log in I received an email saying my account was suspended due to registration details being false. When I contacted customer support to explain this they told me they do not accept players from the UK. If I would have known this then the deposit would not have been made. It does not say anywhere on their homepage or in the terms and conditions that players in the UK are prohibited from playing on this site. Surely this must be stated somewhere to stop UK players from registering this way. You only find this out once they take your deposit. This could have got very messy if I had won a lot money.

My suggestion is that on whatever online casino you go on you should never make an account if you are not able to provide your real address mobile phone and whatever the casino is asking you and also you should not use a vpn service unless you have the permision from the casino. Have a good one :D

I'm sorry to hear that the information you found on our website wasn't correct. Even though we try to keep our info up to date, it's impossible to update around 2400 casinos every day. It might be possible that UK players used to be accepted, but they're not anymore.
Since you didn't provide the correct info about yourself (you stated Jersey instead of UK), I'm afraid that the casino has right to close your account. To be honest, you're kind of lucky that you didn't realise this in a moment when you had a pending withdrawal for XXX k pounds on your account. I'm also going to inform our team in order to update the info about iGame on our website. Thank you for letting us know!

2 important things my friend:                                                                                                                                                                             anytime you can't find your country in the country list at the registration you can be 100% sure that players from your country are prohibited from playing on this site. there is no other explanation for this. second never give false information when registering.                                                                                                                                                                                                               it seems that you are pretty new to online gambling so please let me give you the most important advice at all.

always read the terms & conditions+bonus terms & conditions from top to bottom befor you deposit at a new casino !!! you would not belive how shady the rules of some casinos are.

cheers

I would add the most important advice: Read reviews on the Casino Guru website and avoid casinos with bad ratings :-D

There is no casino office address in the review. This is the most important fact IMO. I would just track them down in their office and make them pay up. It's probably going to be bunch of geeks or hipsters anyway.

In case I can't find the location, I check with the casino in the chat or mail and then I open the account.

It is practically a waste of time if one enters false data. Obviously you will not be able to collect them!
