I had recently very bad experience on a website Campobet.com. I decided to register on every forum and share my bad experience with me because I don't anyone to experience the big disappointment that I had!

I play on Evolution Gaming's table for years. Last month I had a big win on lightning roullette which was 67 thousand euros!! Yes it is 67000 euro!! Not kidding.

When I went to cash out my winning, I was shocked that I am allowed only to withdraw 500 euro PER DAY!!! This is not the only shoke, they withdraw your money once every 3 days! They follow their rules strictly without any excecption.

Do you believe that I offered them to take a part of the money and trasnfere me the whole amout at once? Of course they rejected my offer because they just want you to gamble and lose your money. Do you know how does it feel to have 67000 euro on your account but you can't touch them? They want to install your winning for 2 years!!

They withdraw 500 euro per week (of course on the weekend they don't do anything) it will take 2 years to receive your whole winning! They just destroyed me after I was very happy. 

Pleae if you or your friends play there, you need to know it is worthless on Campobet.com. Find another website that offer a faster process and more limits.

Isn't € 1000 the withdrawal limit?

When you are a Legend and deposited thousands of Euros, then they will change your withdraw limit. Even if it is 1000 euro per day, would you be happy to receive 1000 euro weekly instead of receiving your huge win at once or at least 1 month? I will never play on that casino again ... I am destoyed

Anyway, according to the information on our website, there should be a monthly limit of €10,000 per month.

Have you submitted a complaint on our website? I believe that if they stated in their terms and conditions that you can withdraw €500 per day or €10,000 per month then they have right to follow these rules, BUT if they say you can withdraw €500 per day, then they should approve your withdrawal every 24 hours so you can withdraw €500 per day instead €500 per 3 days. That's a big difference!

If you submit the complaint, we can possibly try to help you to speed up the process. I know that you're unhappy, because you can't touch the money immediately, on the other hand, it doesn't look like the casino wants to steal the money. You will get them at some point so I would still be happy and just focused on speeding up the process. You should get the max. amount of money per month according to their terms and conditions. Not less.

They wirte on their websites the limits are 10,000 monthly BUT BUT BUT they don't do that!!!!!!

They say they process the withdrawal witihin 3 working days! AND they never withdraw daily!! NeVER!!

Haven't you read the email I sent them? It is the worst website ever!! I will never forget this bad experience.

Then I can only suggest you to submit the complaint https://casino.guru/complaints so we can possibly try to speed up the process. Because if the limit is 10k per month, you should get all your money in 7 months and not after 2 years.

This casino belongs to 7star partners. Please submit the complaint as Daniel suggested, I am sure we can find some solution. I know these guys personally, and they are relatively friendly when it comes to problem-solving situations.
