Payment method: SPEI transfers (BBVA), in several small deposits

Problem: Bonus not credited / promotion not fulfilled

Case summary:

I made multiple deposits via SPEI totaling $5,000 MXN, as indicated in the casino's promotion. Upon reaching the required amount, the system recognized the fulfillment and a bonus was credited, but subsequently the casino refused to honor it, claiming that the full deposit "did not appear," even though it was made in several transfers.

The casino has not offered a valid explanation or solution, only evasive answers. It's worth noting that the deposits were sent to different bank accounts, which I consider an irregular practice. I have proof of all the transfers and screenshots of the communication with support.

I request that the casino honor the offered bonus or provide a clear and transparent solution. I consider this to be misleading advertising and unfair treatment of players.
