I previously played on Gododds casino which was a great experience. I then asked for my account to be banned as I wanted to take some time out. (was later told there is a self exclusion tool which I didn't see)
After some months out I decided I would like to start gambling again (mainly on horses). I'm not a fan of the big corporate UK sites which I was I liked Gododds.
I then went on to use Hustles Casino which again, was amazing. Deposited over £1000 and wagered most of it. I then had around £1050 in my account which I wanted to withdraw. The race meetings I wanted to bet on had finished and I wanted to withdraw my money.
I went through the usual checks and was told that Gododds and Hustle Casino are part of the same company and I had asked for my Gododds account to be banned and now they have banned my Hustles account and I will not receive the refund of my £1050 balance.
I did not know that these were connected entities - I'm yet to receive a response back from Hustles Casino so I am wishing that I receive my money.
I know I technically broke the rules but I imposed the ban myself which I believe could be lifted?
