I need help from somebody who knows more about the blockchain.

I started playing at Hugewin and made a first deposit with crypto. I used Skrill to send the crypto. And everything was okay.

But my second and third deposit (used the same Skrill method) never reached my casino wallet. Skrill blames Hugewin and Hugewin blames Skrill so I need somebody to take a look at the blockchain and tell me who is to blame here because my €150 is gone now.


I don’t know nothing about the blockchain and the only deference I can see is that the first deposit is shown in the tab "transactions" and that the second and third deposited (that are lost) is shown in the tab "internal transactions".  See screenshots

 

Who can help me with this?

Also I find it strange that all 3 my deposits left this wallet together. The first deposit (that went well) can only be in the possession of the casino. How can it be that this amount left the wallet with the other 2 amounts? (all 3 deposits together is the amount that left the wallet)

Something is not right is it. You would have pasted the casinos code into the bar before you sent the deposits so they all should have reached the same destination = your casino of choice. This is where my knowledge ends in regards as to what you can do .can SKRILL give you the address that the 2 missing deposits went to so you can check them against the casinos code. Good luck

Skrill explained to me how to read the blockchain and I can proof now that the money went into the casino wallet but the casino is not responding any more,

If they don’t answer by tomorrow I will start an complaint against them.

Talked to somebody on Reddit how has exactly the same problem. I don’t understand that the casino don’t see their mistake. Hopefully he also files an complaint here.

So I’m sure now that wallet 0x7C09EC3AeCEE2E313897455d54dC595D3517FB4B is the casinos main wallet.

Hello. Sorry you have to go thru this unpleasant situation. After reading all your posts, I can see that you have done the right thing and opened a complaint here with our team. Have you got any other explanation from the casino support about the situation, by any chance?

No the only thing they say is "There are no transactions in our wallet."

Hello and thank you. Now we need to wait and hopefully our complaint team will be able to get some more information, or explanation from the support and they will be able to mark your case as resolved. I will keep my fingers crossed.

I had a similar issue with my bitcoin payment from yesterday. Even though it was sent to the info from the QR Code they provided to me, they said it was not their address and refused to pay me. They stole $100 from me before I could play a single game. 

This is all very shade and sounds like another Wagerinox or VooZaZa. Are all of these new Curaçao casinos crooks? I think we need to get on top of this one immediately and lower their ratings immediately if not resolved or if not responded to. I thought a 7.3 rating was going to be high enough that I could avoid petty casino theft. If you see a trend please respond quickly with warnings and sanctions and update players asap...thanks
