How long till my complaint gets reviewed ?

I don't understand why is it rejected ?

According to our team, your case concerns sports betting, which unfortunately falls outside the scope of the disputes we handle. We deal with casino games, table games, and similar matters, but not sports betting, as we do not have specialists in that field. That is why your complaint was closed.

My account is suspended cause they rejected my whole 4 level enchanced kyc i've done and after i've won 3 parlays on sport betting , but thats not the case here , they closed my account afterwards and dont want to communicate anymore at all. i need someone's help here . this is just not fair they are stealing my hard earned money here ( i was already level 4 enchanced verified on the website even before the betting started )

Askgamblers told me to apply to cadre.online and i did , 15 days ago still not received an email back from them
