I can't see anyway of submitting a reply to a complaints handler - says "waiting for player to reply" but there doesn't seem to be any way to?

Hi, that's strange. When you're logged in, you should be able to add the reply to your complaint. If you still have issues with it, please, send an email to complaints@casino.guru

Hello,

please try to log off and then log on again. When someone is inactive for a certain period of time it may cause this problem.
