I can understand your point of view and your bad feelings.

We still urge players to precautious, because it's always their decision where they want to deposit. Shall we agree on that?

Because we value your opinion as a player, we awarded the casino with black points as we always do when every casino does something against fair gambling. Your complaint is public, anybody can read it and decide if the casino with a questionable reputation and unresolved complaints is worth the risk.

We developed our system of evaluating casinos and it's only natural that the results may vary because we're doing this our way. I checked other sources and it seems that this casino is questionable even elsewhere.

Despite my own opinion on the licensing authority, it's the only firm you can contact at the moment, so it is only fair to let you know about this possibility.

Allow me to spread some light on the affiliate idea:

We only promote casinos with a good or better reputation, because we feel that players will be more satisfied there, so we are connected through the affiliate program as well. It's pretty simple. We try to provide the biggest source of information about any casino, however. We list the good ones as well as the pretty bad ones so it all can be found in one place.

Do not mistake promoting a casino with listing the casino's information, please.

You mentioned that some casinos stated as Good or Great have terrible reputations (well, not according to us), but this isn't your case. You registered in a casino that we don't recommend and you're probably one of the players who "don't take the questionable footnote seriously" or you registered before you looked up the review.

When it comes to dealing with complaints, the logic behind it is pretty simple. When a player plays in a casino that has a decent reputation, the chances for getting into some problem are lower and the chances for getting any possible issue resolved is higher. The casinos are more willing to cooperate since they want to keep the good rating.

Casinos with bad rating aren't usually too motivated to cooperate for obvious reasons. You can't damage your reputation when it's already quite bad.

The casino rating isnt bad though on your site! IT IS STIL 5.9. Which is above average! There is no ROGUE WARNING or 'CASINO STEAL WINNINGS' Warnings.

The casino is uncontactable by players. I HAVE PROVED THIS! Number doesn't work, banned on social media, telegram does not respond, email does not respond. YOU seem to have managed to get some kind of response from them and yet you ARE REFUSING TO SEND ME THIS LINE OF COMMUNICATION! Even though you are aware I have 500 euro I cannot withdrawal, couple this with the fact the casino STILL HAS NO ROGUE WARNING I'm not sure how you are not as culpable in this theft by goldwin?

I would request a manager at casinoguru contact me with immediate effect so I can discuss this or I may need to take EU court action against this site for what I consider gross negligence.

You rate Party Casino, William Hill as 8 plus. These have been fined numerous times by numerous regulators and have a history of losing court cases players have lodged against them...Speak for itself.

Hello, danvale.

Foremost, thank you for your opinions. I fully understand that 5.9 may look like average, but in fact, it is not a good score. Reputation states questionable, and I would suggest you pick casinos with at least a very good reputation on our site (8+). Even in our review of the Goodwin casino, you can find multiple statements where we mention that you should rather play in a different casino. We would certainly add more warnings, unfortunately, for now, your issue is the first of its type, and it is not sufficient to believe that the casino steals winnings.

I am sorry, but we do not have any further contacts for sharing. I fully understand the severity of your issue, and I highly recommend you contact their regulator/licensing authority. Furthermore, I will gladly help you with it, you may reach me at the email address jozef.k@casino.guru.

Our formula used for rating calculation is quite complex and includes many relevant factors. You can find more information in the article, here. It varies with the brand, so if you have any questions just let me know.

NO! YOU DO NOT GET TO TRY AND CHANGE NUMBERS AND THEIR MEANING! 5.9 IS ABOVE 5 AND 3/4's OF 10. THAT IS ABOVE AVAERAGE.

You are being irresponsible by not listing this casino as rogue. They have attempted theft here with me and are not engaging!

As I said I feel you have/are seriously failing a player here and as you are refusing to share any contact information (despite knowing I am not able to get in touch with the casino) I feel I have no option but to take action against you.

'Our formula used for rating calculation is quite complex and includes many relevant factors. You can find more information in the article, here. I suppose affiliate casinos get a better score? (You're just as bad as casinos).

I have emailed you seperately, but am glad this thread is here so players can see what's happened here. You simply have no interest in helping players. Its all smoke and mirrors
