The review of this casino is actually being prepared, but it's not ready yet, and that is why you couldn't find it on the list yet.
That's not an issue at all, though. You can submit a complaint anyway.
Could you first describe to us what the issue is, though?
Hi, I had 3 successful withdrawals each 500 € but I still have remaining 3 withdrawals worth 1397 € unfinished for over 3 weeks. Support says, it’s still being verified and that I should not be worried . I am worried, it’s bloody 3 weeks, thanks for help
I would definitely open a complaint with us, though, as I don’t think waiting three weeks is completely normal for a casino withdrawal.
It’s good that you’ve successfully withdrawn money from them before, and I would take some reassurance from that. I think you’ll probably receive your money, but they definitely shouldn’t be keeping your withdrawal under review for this long.
Here’s the link where you can open a complaint, so feel free to do so. Did the casino tell you anything more specific apart from the general statements about the delay?
It’s already been 6 days since I requested my withdrawal, and I still haven’t received the money.
I was clearly told that the withdrawal would be processed within a maximum of 3 business days, but it has already been well over 3 business days and I still haven’t received the funds.
Has anyone else had a similar experience? Is it normal for withdrawals to take this long?
Hello, I found more or less similar experiences in this thread, so I guess you can take a look around. Though I do not dare to say this is supposed to be normal, from a more general perspective, it happens. Still, the casino should eventually get in touch with you and explain the situation to you. If I'm getting this properly, there have been no signs of issues; no one has told you anything further. Am I right, please?

That can happen sometimes, and since we’ve already seen a few similar cases with this casino, I would probably be prepared for a slightly longer wait just in case.
Casinos sometimes advertise very fast withdrawals, but those timeframes may not necessarily apply to every payment method. For example, a crypto withdrawal can often be processed faster than a bank transfer. There can also be other reasons for a delay, such as a withdrawal queue or an issue involving a payment provider.
So for now, I’d remain patient and see how the situation develops. I wouldn’t say that contacting live chat or sending emails is pointless, but if they keep giving you the same answer and there’s no other specific problem besides asking you to wait, they may simply not have any new information to give you yet.
We generally give casinos up to 14 days to process a withdrawal. If that time passes and you still haven’t received the money or any meaningful update from the casino, definitely let us know and we’ll see how we can help.
