I've been waiting for my money since December 6, 2024. It's €1,300. Now my account has been blocked. I've been put off in the chat for weeks. I don't get a response to emails. The casino doesn't respond to complaints. The licensing authority doesn't respond to a complaint either.

I think it's downright criminal. Don't play there!!!

The casino had responded to this review. They offered to review the case again. I've already requested this twice, but so far I haven't received a reply to my emails. No response at all. They're simply keeping my money, which was verifiably transferred back from my bank. So what's the point of this reaction?

The casino refuses to pay out my funds, which were transferred back from my bank. This money was not accepted because my bank does not accept funds from MIFINITY (the provider the casino used for withdrawals). These €1,300 were immediately transferred back to the casino. This is my money, which is now not being paid out!

Another week has passed. No response! The casino just keeps my money. It's criminal! Even though you promised to take care of it. Fraudsters!

Today, June 1, 2025, my money still hasn't been paid out. The bank has confirmed this transfer to the casino. The casino is keeping my money. This is theft!!! They're thieves and fraudsters!!!
