Hello, I'm very sorry to hear that you've encountered this situation. May I ask if the casino clearly states somewhere that they monitor where you're registering from, and if you're from a restricted country or territory, they won't allow you to register? If that were the case, I would consider it a false claim. But it’s necessary to find out, because I haven’t come across this casino saying that very often. Usually, players have to check these things in the Terms.

Yes it does state that. They state that they will know if you are from a state not allowed they will block you from entering. They did not. Now understand i had no clue my state restricted these types of casinos. I live in Nevada. I never knew it was a "thing". Thank you for the reply

Do you have a screenshot of where that says? Obviously, the casino can see where you're registering from when it verifies your account, for example. However, very few casinos will block your registration just because they detect that you're trying to sign up from a restricted country. Most of the time, the casino doesn't even know and only finds out during account verification. So that’s why I’m asking if you have anything where it’s clearly visible that the casino has this written as you described. Gambling in America is pretty heavily regulated, I’d say, so definitely be careful in the future with other casinos as well.
