Getting limited in the middle of bonus wagering - BetRiot

Hello Casino Guru team and community,

I have been playing both casino games and sports betting on BetRiot, and I encountered a serious issue that I’m unsure how to proceed with. I would like to know if I should file a formal complaint, and I’m also interested in hearing if others have had similar experiences.

I claimed a sports betting bonus and started wagering normally. Everything was going smoothly until, in the middle of the wagering process, BetRiot suddenly restricted my maximum stake to $0.50 per bet. This makes completing the wagering requirements almost impossible and feels extremely unfair, especially since the change happened after I had already begun wagering.

When I contacted support, they told me that these limits were set by their trading team and are not negotiable, without providing any meaningful explanation.

Has anyone else experienced this with BetRiot or similar casinos?

Should I file a complaint through Casino Guru, and is there anything that can be done to challenge this kind of limitation?

Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated.

As I already replied to your other post, we don't deal with sports betting issues, and yours is exactly that, unfortunately.

We wouldn't be able to know what to do, as we have no specialists for sports here, you know. 🤷‍♀️

I don't honestly think this is only sports betting related problem but how that certain casino can treat their customer.

I deposited 100 dollars and got 100 dollar sports betting bonus which should be wagered 6x so in total 1200 dollars. After wagering bit over 50% suddenly my limits for one bet was reduced to 0,50 dollars which means I should make over 1100 different sport bets within couple of weeks. If I don't complete the wagering during that time they will confiscate winnings and bonus and at the moment I have balance of 970 dollars.

I already suggested them that if they can't raise the limits to like 10 dollars / bet they should be then fair and remove the bonus wagering as that is certain something they could do. I also offered them to change the bonus amount to be wagered in casino games but didn't hear back from them anymore.

So what is happening here is they simply are stealing almost 1000 dollars as it's almost impossible task to place so many sports bets in such a short time period.

I'm sorry, but we are unable to investigate such a matter. It is purely a sports betting one, as I already said.
