basically I’m under GameStop and have been since 2021 however I soon discovered the ‘casino not on Gamstop’ pages and fell for the unregulated awful casinos but I then found Blue fox and Vegas paradise which I successfully registered for both casinos and made multiple deposits despite passing the verification process and then being part of Gamstop UK regulations, I asked for my account t to be closed in Jan this year as I am again trying to kick my addiction , the casino have refused my request for a refund saying I’ve used different details than on Gamstop this is not completely true as the only thing different is my email and believe me I have tried to register again with many other UK casinos and never get passed the gam stop ban, any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Have a shot at blockers like Betblocker.org (there are others but some make you pay for it).

Take part of it as well, it could help you. Casino playing the "no GameStop limitations" will keep popping up. BetBlocker will follow, but never fast enough.

So, if you cannot stop looking for casinos, force yourself to report any casino that BetBlocker doesn't restrict on their website everytime you connect to one. Maybe the next time you will try to reach it it will be completely blocked.

This is kind of frustrating situation, I could say, an I'm sorry you have found yourself in it. As I am not completely sure, if to use a different email is enough to avoid getting rejected while registering at the casino when you are registered at Gamstop, I would recommend you to file a complaint here with our team. Hopefully they will be able to help you somehow with this issue. Just follow this link, in case you are willing to try that, please. if you need any assistance, please do not hesitate to write to us. I also think, that Thebaum has got quite interesting idea, which could help you, as well. What do you think?🤔

Ty both for you’re advice and comments, I shall do both and see how I get on , I do take accountability however I do feel the responsibility lies with this on Gamstop but still letting blocked users to register and deposit. I don’t quite understand how the majority of UK regulated casinos on Gamstop block anything when someone like myself tried to register again and yet despite me passing the verification service I was still permitted to deposit.

Gladly. To tell you the truth, I don't understand that either. It is really unfortunate, though. Did you have a look at the app, perhaps? What do you think about it, could it be helpful to you somehow?

I tried bet blocker for a 24 hour period to give it a test run however it took away quite a few apps that I use daily that have nothing to do with gambling and it’s far to easy for me to uninstall it even when the block was on 🙁

Oh, I was hoping it could be of some use to players. Maybe it would be worth getting official feedback from its creator. 🤷‍♀️

I'm sorry this app is not as good as it looked to me.

Please don’t apologise I really appreciate what you’ve said 🙂 so thank you.

Yes I see what you mean, maybe some of the paid solutions are more restrictive in that sense.

Gamban seems to be reasonably priced and the removal of the tool is linked to the subscription, so probably more "annoying" to uninstall if you really want to restrict yourself.
