Gamdom.com confiscated my entire balance, including my deposit.


They claim that I "violated the Terms & Conditions", but they refuse to indicate which specific clause I supposedly breached. I requested clarification multiple times, but the support only sends generic copy-paste messages such as:

"This action was taken due to a breach of our Terms & Conditions."

"This decision was made in accordance with our company’s policies and guidelines."


At no point did they provide any evidence, explanation, or section number of the alleged violation.


Has anyone had anything like this? Any advices?

To be completely honest with you, it seems that only the casino knows why your account was closed like this. Hopefully we will find out more through the complaint.

Can you perhaps tell us a bit more about what games you played and what bonuses you took, just to get some idea about your overall activity? Speaking of which, has casino support ever reached out to you? If so, what was the matter, please?
