I signed up at Wagertales Casino through an advertisement. I couldn't find any reviews of this casino, and I couldn't access Casino Guru because I'm from Germany; otherwise, I probably wouldn't have signed up there. Two days ago, I requested a withdrawal from Wagertales and received the withdrawal request by email, which stated that the withdrawal would take 7-21 business days. At that point, I knew immediately that I would never receive this money. I had the same experience with Golden Lionbet, where I've been waiting for my money for a year now. No reputable casino takes 7-21 business days for a withdrawal.

Da war mir sofort klar, dieses Geld werde ich niemals bekommen. Denn das gleiche hatte ich schon einmal bei Goldenlionbet, dort warte ich jetzt schon 1 jahr auf mein Geld. In keinem seriösen Casino dauert die Auszahlung 7-21 Werktage.

I understand that you are aware of the situation, but if you would like my colleagues to become involved, please proceed with the complaint. The more the better, and since you are not the only one, perhaps this is a way to put the Safety Index even lower.

I'm really sorry that you have to go through this kind of situation again. I just wanted to give you a bit of advice, though, if I may. Unfortunately, as I can see, you always choose casinos with really low safety indexes, which, of course, leads to issues like you are experiencing now.
I understand that the situation in your country is as it is, that you only have one licensed online casino at the moment, but there are really better and safer casinos that accept players from your country even though they are not allowed to advertise or promote themselves there.
So, perhaps it would be better to stick to your licensed casino or play in those that accept you but are much safer than these you usually choose. It only takes some research, you know.
As for your current situation, please use this link, submit your complaints, and our team will work on those. The safety index of these casinos will at least go lower even though we wouldn't be able to solve the issues eventually.
