- RTP aplicado a mi cuenta es completamente nulo. No se acerca nada al valor teórico de los juegos. Son los mismo juegos en los que gané durante varios días seguidos.
- Fallos a la hora de iniciar sesión, cargar el juego, cierre del juego en media sesión y latencia elevada mientras se está jugando.
- Se puede acceder a la cuenta mediante el correo electrónico vinculado o el número de teléfono móvil. Bien, hasta el día que gané podía acceder con mi correo electrónico. Desde entonces solo me deja mediante el número de teléfono y cuando intento entrar usando el correo dice que la contraseña es incorrecta.
- Pido explicaciones al casino, les pido información de mi cuenta como RTP aplicado, pido los RNG y certificados de calidad de los softwares y juegos...y no me proporcionan nada de lo que les estoy pidiendo. Información y documentación que estoy en todo mi derecho de pedir.
