You're not allowing the complaint even though it falls under software glitch. If I place a bet and it's accepted and then later voided due to insufficient funds despite having sufficient funds, how does that not fall under the category of software glitch? The website accepted the bet. If I don't have sufficient funds to place the bet the website does not allow me to place a bet. Try to use their website with $0 and place a bet it will not allow you to do anything on the table, yet my bet was PLACED AND ACCEPTED and when I WON it was voided due to "INSUFFICIENT FUNDS" despite having the money and then I played with it after and lost it, therefore I had sufficient funds for the previous bet and it's a SOFTWARE GLITCH ON THEIR WEBSITE. You sided with them and denied the complaint because you most likely receive funding or sponsorship in one way or another.

The thing is, our decision not to uphold a complaint doesn’t mean we take the casino’s side.
