Casino: Wettson30
Website: https://wettson30.com
Amount in dispute: £15,772.84
Issue: Withdrawal cancelled and remaining account balance confiscated
I am seeking assistance with recovering £15,772.84 that has been removed from my Wettson30 account following the cancellation of my withdrawal.
I had accumulated a substantial balance on the site and began withdrawing my funds in £1,000 instalments, in accordance with the withdrawal limit applied to my account.
Initially, four separate withdrawals of £1,000 were successfully processed and paid into my bank account. However, subsequent withdrawals became increasingly delayed, with one withdrawal remaining pending for approximately 10 days.
During this period, I contacted Wettson’s customer support several times to request updates. I repeatedly received assurances that my withdrawal was under review and progressing through the relevant checks. Eventually, the delayed withdrawal was approved and the £1,000 payment reached my bank account.
As soon as that withdrawal was approved, I was able to submit another £1,000 withdrawal. I was still waiting for this latest withdrawal to be processed when I received an email from Wettson informing me that the withdrawal had been cancelled and £15,772.84 had been removed from my account balance.
Wettson cited clause 5.9.5 of its Terms and Conditions. This clause refers to various possible grounds for confiscating balances, including alleged VPN use, forged verification documents, bonus abuse and fraudulent activity.
However, the notification I received did not clearly identify which specific breach I was alleged to have committed, explain the conduct in question, or provide evidence supporting the decision.
I am extremely concerned that such a substantial balance has been removed without a clear, case-specific explanation. I had already received four successful withdrawals, and throughout the process I had been communicating with customer support in good faith.
What I am seeking
I would like assistance with:
● Recovering the confiscated balance of £15,772.84.
● Obtaining a clear explanation of the precise allegation against my account.
● Establishing what evidence Wettson relied upon when deciding to confiscate my funds.
● Challenging the decision through the appropriate complaints and dispute-resolution channels.
● Understanding what legal options may be available if Wettson refuses to reinstate my balance.
I can provide copies of the emails from Wettson, evidence of my four successful £1,000 withdrawals, the notification confirming the confiscation, and other relevant account records.
I am looking for a reputable company or legal professional with experience in offshore casino disputes and the recovery of confiscated gambling balances. Given the amount involved, I would appreciate an honest assessment of my prospects, the likely costs and any available recovery options.
Thank you for taking the time to review my case.
