Has there ever been a case raised here about loosing money when playing on a casino using fake slots?

Do you think raising a complaint for this reason will be worth pursuing?

I'd said it would be worth pursuing, but mainly for the licensing authority or the provider of the original version of the slots. We, for example, accept complaint requests with a specific disputed amount, and that's where I see a bit of a problem. Disputing losses on fake games indicates, among other things, that the casino has no license and usualy is not overly reliable, so I find it hard to imagine properly established communication channels for such disputes. Moreover, and that gets me back to the disputed amount: that would mean us asking a casino with fake games to pay what, in particular? Deposits or winnings gained on proven fake slots we have, for example, warned about? Honestly, I understand why such complaints are usually not accepted by the mediators...

On the other hand, an intriguing question!

I guess the only approach if any would be about the deposits made, but I guessed as much that there is little to nothing that can be done.

Anyway thank you for your response, and it is one that i was expecting 🙂
