Failure to credit elabet winnings

Good morning, on May 29th I requested a withdrawal via PayPal (the method also used for the deposit) of a win (300 euros), an amount regularly deducted from the game account (correctly verified). To date I have not received either the withdrawal confirmation email (usually the sites send them) or the credit. They do not respond to the emails, in chat they continue to tell me to wait and that they will contact the department. How can I proceed?

Anyone have had similar experiences???

I believe you did the best thing you could do—the complaint has been submitted. However, when you say the casino worker has been instructing you to wait, I'd say that the finance department is in delay, and perhaps the money was not sent yet. That would explain no confirmation email and no money.

In any case, I hope the money will come soon. As you found out, my colleagues can't step in right away. 🙁
