Good morning, on May 29th I requested a withdrawal via PayPal (the method also used for the deposit) of a win (300 euros), an amount regularly deducted from the game account (correctly verified). To date I have not received either the withdrawal confirmation email (usually the sites send them) or the credit. They do not respond to the emails, in chat they continue to tell me to wait and that they will contact the department. How can I proceed?
