I saw that page and for me it has disappeared. based on the way this promo was created, I formed my opinion; do not worry. I would not comment on somethign I did not check myself. In any case, I keep banning similar accounts on our forum sharing the same "mate" approach and patterns in promoting this site on the Casino Guru forum. It's actually forbidden by our policies. You are part of the group and I'm closing our account too.

Pretty frustrated to be perfectly honest.

I understand that it's not something to be relied on, but that $6k would've solved many problems at the moment. I'm just really glad I didn't keep on playing because it would've been a much higher win but I was a bit worried as it was at being able to secure those funds because you hear of this happening often.

Yeah, it's better not to imagine how high one could get. I understand it's frustrating, and I find it really hard to see that the casino doesn't care at all—just my personal opinion, of course.

And, with all honesty, given those circumstances, I have no facts to work with... That's where the complaint should go, anyway. But to be honest, lack of proper communication, or more preciselly said decent information or updates, has become a very common habit for far too many operators. It's quite ironic, given how much operators spend to attract players to make deposits. I'd say transparency and reasonable withdrawal efficiency would be much better and less costly sigh for players...

I'll be around the forum if you want to chat more as there are 4 days left and then the complaint will go further. Again, maybe it won't be necessary after all. 🙂

Here is a screenshot of my transaction history which completely disproves the casino’s claim of an ongoing, deep technical investigation by JILI Gaming.The timestamps on the official transaction logs expose the timeline,

12:22 PM: My AUD $10.00 deposit was completed.

1:12 PM: I submitted the withdrawal request for AUD $5,996.71.

1:48 PM (Just 36 minutes later): FAFA29 rejected the withdrawal and permanently forfeited my entire balance under the remark "SUSPICIOUS BETTING."

It is a technical impossibility for an external game provider like JILI Gaming to flag an account, conduct a forensic game log analysis, and issue a formal rule breach verdict within 36 minutes that alone proves that FAFA29 made an immediate unilateral decision to confiscate my winnings to avoid a payout, and using a "JILI review ticket" as an indefinite stall tactic. The casino has already admitted in writing that they have no evidence of wrongdoing on my part, which I have screenshots of.

I believe I get why this feels so tricky. Usually it takes a few weeks of external investigation and then based on the findings, the casino concludes the outcome for the player. The flow you described, however, feels quite opposite, if I got it correctly.

Honestly, another thing I'd love to see explained in the complaint.

Definitely, my fingers are crossed.

I briefly check whether the casino review has been done because without it I do not have much verified data in hand. I was trying to find out if the site is licensed anywhere. Do you perhaps know?

To me the whole design and quality look weird, at best.

I did submit the page to have the games verified as legitimate and the group who does the verification did verify that the games were real and not pirated or counterfeit games which was positive.

Not sure I follow here; are you saying someone investigated the casino or the games and confirmed that the games are original? That's certainly positive news. however, I'm more concerned about the casino's qualities; the games can actually be fine, but the rest. Remains to be seen, I guess.

Apologies, didn't realise I didn't finish that last comment off. I requested verification from these guys, Game check to verify the actual providers and games and I'm certain they came back with a verification response I cannot find it atm unfortunately.

Hey, my apologies for the delayed response... crazy week.

Anyway, we are in touch with GameCheck, and our reviews include this detail too, so I guess GameCheck's mark will also be visible once the casino review is published. I'm glad to see that Karla has been on it in the complaint. Perhaps it's going to be sorted out after all.

Samuel will find out. Not that he is in charge of the complaint; I guess things start moving if the casino is willing to get in touch, of course. That's the big question surrounding every fresh or bit of unknown casino. We still have to wait for the rest to come out to the light.
