Hello—has anyone encountered issues with KYC verification on v.vegas? The situation is that, following the verification process, my account status indicates that my profile is 100% complete but remains unverified. When I inquired about the problem, they asked me to submit proof of a deposit made via bank transfer; since then, I haven't been able to clear this hurdle, even though they have officially approved the document on their website.

Hmm, it seems like there might be some kind of error, but I'm not 100% sure. If your account shows that you're verified but you're actually not, I don't know what to make of it. It’s good that you asked, but even from that last sentence, I’m not sure what to make of it. You say you sent proof from the bank, that everything is in order and they accepted it, but you’re not verified. Do you want to withdraw money but can’t because of the verification? Did you write to them again to ask what to do in this case?
