EasyWin77 Refused to Pay RM60,322.75 Winnings Without Valid Reason

I am filing a formal complaint against EasyWin77.net for refusing to pay my legitimate winnings of RM60,322.75.

After successfully wagering and requesting withdrawal, my winnings were rejected with the reason:

"Tolak Point Sebab Taruhan Tidak Normal, Pertarungan IP Yang Sama"

(Translated: "Rejected points due to abnormal betting, same IP battle")

This reasoning is baseless and unsupported by any evidence. I played fairly, followed all Terms & Conditions, and used my own account.

I have requested multiple times for:

Proof or explanation of this "abnormal betting/IP issue."

Payment of my winnings as per the agreed rules.

The casino has refused to provide any clear response or evidence.

Why This Is Unfair:

I complied with all casino Terms & Conditions.

They accepted my deposits but refused to pay my legitimate winnings.

Their excuse is vague and appears to be a tactic to avoid payouts.

Requested Resolution:

I request Casino Guru’s assistance to:

Mediate with EasyWin77 to release my full winnings (RM60,322.75).

Obtain a clear written explanation for their refusal.
