The casino has done me wrong! I have a complaint filed but just want to get info out there. All these Casino’s have same customer service group and when you make them upset or look bad they carry it to all of them. Now Ive been polite but now I have been accused of wrong doing. So here’s the info and I’ll let everyone decide for themselves. I brought to their attention that a game didn’t pay me twice in a row for a win. Now from the very beginning Bobby with customer service has suggested that I didn’t win and I made the mistake. This was from very beginning before gaming and technical support got involved. How convenient right. Well I’ll let the pictures do the talking and y’all can decide for yourselves. If you think I am mistaken or done something wrong than tell me and I will take this and pictures down.

Yes, those two images are when I noticed that games wasn’t paying me for my wins. I was making 3 dollar bets and I hit the first one which is the picture with the 7x multiplier on top row with two cats. I just thought game made a mistake so I took screenshot and I spun again. The very next spun I got the owls on bottom row. It didn’t pay again for the win so I took another screenshot and I stopped playing. I contacted Customer Support at this point. Thats where everything began.

I've been waiting to get paid $500 since February 7. I was a regular player of Gossips and Drake, but I have to say with resignation and sorrow, that these people do not pay, they delay the bank payment processes that they require you to do this way, and they have you waiting for months and months as they have done in the past. two casinos. You should probably start by saying it was a free spin round. Now I see!

It would be great if the casino could prevent forbidden bets while the bonus is active sadly, THIS IS NOT A BUSINESS STANDARD yet.

The same goes for forbidden games.

Now, that we know you made a mistake, which is perfectly normal, have you tried to inform the casino immediately? Or did you ignore that and start with the scam post?

Yeah. I emailed them and said kind of upsetting to have that happen . They said you have to pay attention. Sarcastic. The $75 is marked just 75. Not 75.00. I would have seen that. I play alot and for such a reputable establishment. It's about sneaky as they come. Regardless they know exactly what they are doing. Thanks for looking out. I will not play there again.
