I too made a withdrawal of 2300eu 3 days ago thats still pending (able to rollback) and I had completed KYC before that it says KYC completed in my profile.

I made a withdrawal on April 15 and today 19 April its still pending (rollback option). My KYC was completed before the withdrawal and I didnt use any bonus.

Im worried they are not gonna pay out. What is the best approach here?

Hello, I get that you expect the money to be paid without delay, but in this casino it seems that one has to wait. It is not cool but necessary, it seems. The best step is to wait patiently without cancelling the payout. I wish we could step in sooner, but we can't, so for the moment patience is the key.

Since the KYC was done successfully, I would say it is a processing delay.

I dont think thats correct. Tomorrow, its been a week now since my last withdrawal and another person received the payment before me while making the withdrawal after me seems on Trustpilot.
