Hello,

in which casino did this happen, please?

Hello and thank you.

I checked your complaint and I must say that I can understand why you may feel dissatisfied with the result. Honestly, I'd say that mistakes were made by the casino and you as well, I'm afraid.

Share licensing authority reaction, please.

Are you referring to the "Welcome to MyStake!" part? Well, what can I say? Shared services, maybe?

That you gambled your winnings away. When you felt that something was not quite right, you played anyway 🙁. You wrote that you lost nearly all because of the lies and delays and so on, but you were the one who played.

I'm sorry - nobody can take this back.

I know. But it was your decision to play again despite they did not block your balance.

It's a shame and I'm really sorry.

No, it's not. Therefore it's a shame that we had to close this complaint because all winnings were lost before we could react to the delayed withdrawal. That's all I tried to say.

I'm quite sure that some casinos use the delaying tactics, but others don't do it on purpose. They're simply slow, they've got some tech issues etc.

It doesn't always mean that whenever your withdrawal is delayed, it's part of the casino's strategy. That's why it's better to look for reviews from other users, compare your own withdrawal times between each other (maybe you realise that when you win a small amount, everything goes smoothly, but whenever you win big, there's always some "unspecified issue" on the casino's side etc.)

Hello, you said you have some VIP manager there, so I wonder, have you ever received any special bonus from him/her, besides standard promotion then?

That really makes players feel like VIPs...

I remember that one player (can't recall the casino now) received an email saying that he is the lucky one winning occasionally, so does not need any bonus so they give these bonuses to somebody else not so fortunate...

According to the world we live in, I'd say that every advertisement is false - more or less.

I'd ask the casino. There may be some special VIP rules for this program. I'm just guessing now.

I understand it just causes unnecessary hassle for you and it's not really a pleasant experience, but I'm afraid that any licensing authority (especially the Curacao one) is not going to deal with it.
